It is officially on november 7th that Cadillac Ile Perrot, the first Cadillac dealership in Eastern Canada that meets the new image and Cadillac standards opened its doors!

Our team is committed to providing you with superior customer service and a family-friendly shopping atmosphere. To mark the occasion, here is a short presentation of our sales and service team!

Jason Fraraccio

Our team leader – Cadillac experience Jason Fraraccio has been part of the AutoForce family for 4 years now! However, he has more than 15 years of experience in the automotive field, including 7 years as a technician. Jason has wanted to work for General Motors automotive brands since he was 12 years old: “I’m a GM guy! My dad always had GMs, and so did I! he said.

He was immediately delighted to move from the garage to the showroom as team leader, because he likes contact with the customers and wants to offer them a friendly and family experience.

Jeffrey Chancy

Jeffrey Chancy joined the AutoForce family 10 years ago thanks to a referral from a friend! He had no idea that he was going to develop a strong interest in the automotive field, but he immediately appreciated his role as a sales representative. Highly appreciated by his team and customers, Jeffrey then held the position of assistant sales manager for 5 years.

It is with the desire to offer a personalized and customer-centric shopping experience that Jeffrey joins the Cadillac Ile-Perrot team as a customer experience specialist. He is committed to listen and handle his files with care to ensure the satisfaction of his clients.

Brigitte Bourque

Meet Brigitte Bourque our Cadillac customer experience specialist! In the automotive field for more than 25 years already, Brigitte has been part of the AutoForce family since the very beginning when our Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile-Perrot dealership opened in 2008. She therefore has 14 years of experience in after-sales service!

Being the link between the mechanics and the customers, she is always attentive and she is dedicated to provide unparalleled service. Brigitte is thrilled to join the Cadillac Ile-Perrot team since she is a fan of Cadillac products: “Who doesn’t like Cadillacs! ", she said.

Jay Picard

Jay Picard has been immersed in the automotive world since childhood and has been part of the AutoForce Group since 2008. Over the years, Jay has accumulated experience in automotive aesthetics, in the parts department and especially in sales. But what he prefers is direct contact with his customers, so he was very enthusiastic to join the Cadillac Ile-Perrot team as a customer experience specialist. Jay demonstrates a great sense of listening and exemplary professionalism, in order to offer a unique and customer-focused shopping experience.
Jay likes to practice boxing and hockey in his spare time. Perhaps you will meet him in an arena in the region!
